• Length of course: ½ Day
• Numbers of courses per year: 3 Cadet Training Dates plus Staff Training dates
• Max number of cadets per course: ~10

Overview:

Instructor Cadets NEED to be given this course within 12 months of appointment.

Pre-requisites:

• MUST be 17½ but not over 18½
• MUST be Cdt SGT or above in rank.

Course syllabus:

• Material from HQAC to run and present this course, which lasts either a morning or an afternoon.

Structure:

• The course is classroom based.
• Senior Officers will make the roles and responsibilities of the instructor cadet clear, and allow your 18+ cadets to remain with the Corps until they choose their next step either into Adult service, or not
