New Wing web site goes live.
After receiving a major refactoring, the new Devon and Somerset Wing Web Site went live at the start of April.
The new site has been designed to be much easier to navigate and now provides areas for all of the members of Wing Staff to publish information relating to their specific areas of responsibility.
Deputy Wing Warrant Officer Steps down.
WO Partridge relinquishes the position of Deputy Wing Warrant Officer upon his appointment to the commissioned rank of Pilot Officer, with effect from 24 March 2006.
His Successor will be announced in due course By Wing HQ.
Devon and Somerset Wing Parade, Saturday 29th April 2006

Some 300 cadets from Devon and Somerset Wing took part in a recent parade through the Somerset town of Minehead.
The event was hosted by 1013 (Quantock) Squadron which received honorary citizenship from the town council for its services to local youth.
Also presented was the new Squadron banner which was funded by Williton Parish Council and a personal donation from local businessman Mr Derek Merson
The parade was led by the Wellington School Combinded Cadet Force Corps of Drums.
The salute was taken by Captain William Canning DSO MBE RN, with many other local dignitaries in attendance.
The Watchet Band of the Royal British Legion provided music at the service.
It was an historic day for the Squadron and many compliments have been received regarding the smartness and professionalism displayed by all attending” said Flight
Lieutenant Marigold Ayre the Commanding Officer of 1013 (Quantock) Squadron.
Quantock Squadron was formed 65 years ago and has been at its current HQ for 40 years.
