The award ceremony took place at the Squadron's annual Christmas dinner and dance (Dec 2005) where CWO Stephens received his award from the Mayor of Exmouth Councillor Wragg, who was there as the guest of honour.
CWO Stephens is the eighth recipient of the Btec diploma in public services for 299 Sqn. and number nine is imminent.
Fg Off Dave Toomey added "With three more candidates about to complete their workbooks the Squadron could make it to a round dozen awards before the end of 2006"
